Im 21yrs old and based in Gorey Co. Wexford, Eire. Where I fronted various bands since the age of 14. However, last Christmas I decided it was time to take control of my own destiny and become a solo artist. This was due to ego and commitment problems from certain band members at the time. I can honestly say it was the best decision in my carreer so far, because since going alone ive had the oppurtunity to play some great venues such as the Templebar Music Center, Isaac Butts and the Regal Lodge and have been fortunate enough to meet and work with some amazing artists.
Matt Doyle has come to be a successful artist not through a tutored or manufactured process, but simply through the love of attention to detail and the possibilities of working with various materials and subjects.
